Is Oregon Oregano Really 30 Times More Powerful Than Lemon and Garlic? Discover How It’s Used to Fight Bacteria and Fungi.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of dried pennyroyal leaves or 1 fresh sprig
  • 1 cup of water (about 250 ml)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of natural honey
  • Optional: A few drops of fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Pour the water into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Once the water starts boiling, remove it from the heat.
  3. Add the pennyroyal leaves to the hot water.
  4. Cover the cup or container and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Strain the infusion to remove the leaves.
  6. If desired, add a little honey or a few drops of fresh lemon juice for a milder flavor.

This process allows the plant’s natural aromatic compounds to infuse into the water, creating a warm and fragrant herbal tea.
